RBS previously concentrated on the field of new construction; however due to decreasing work loads within the Building Industry we grasped the opportunity to expand and specialise in repair systems. We’ve found this area of expertise equally rewarding and allowed us to carry out works in a more meticulous manner without affecting our Reputation.
We pride ourselves on our standard of work from start to finish and believe very strongly in repeat business as it is better to have 20 great clients then 100 average ones.
RBS employs a OH&S officer who carries out all correct paperwork before commencing any works such as PPE reports, Safe work method statements and so on. Furthermore we hold appropriate licenses, we have public Liability cover and Workers Compensation Policy to cover all RBS employees.
As well as carrying out repairs we also conduct consulting work and defect analysis for Strata Schemes, Developers, Building & Facilities Managers, Real Estate & Home owners.
RBS currently employs Project Managers, Estimators, Site Foremen, Various Trades people & Labourers resulting in a full team of qualified staff who are able to carry out all repair works in-house. The great benefit to you is that this minimizes the sub contract factor allowing us to monitor the process of our works more effectively and efficiently.
