Commonly we are contracted by Large Building Companies, Developers and Owner Builders to conduct all defect inspections & repairs after the erection of a large project is complete.
Owner Builders contract our services to advise them on the defects that may occur which they can not yet recognise.
Larger Building Companies and Developers also contract our services when they have completed the Building side of the job and require all aesthetic and structural defects to be carried out.
