Project Description
Remedial Building Solutions were asked to perform diagnostic testing to investigate several water ingress concerns to 5 units and several common areas.
RBS performed required testing and prepared a scope of works for repair. The OC engaged a suitably qualified Consultant to review the scope and upon approval was engaged to oversee the works to be performed by RBS.
The works consisted of waterproofing to 5 balconies, crack stitching, render repairs, façade waterproofing, cavity flashing repairs and general brickwork rectification and strengthening.
The works were formally completed on time, budget and above Australian Standards.
