The neglected commercial property required a facelift and was experiencing significant neglect. RBS implemented an efficient access strategy, given the location of the premises and heavy traffic conditions. Swing stages, scissor lifts, mobile scaffolds and Abseiling were implemented and co-ordinated efficiently to complete the remediation to concrete spalling, render repairs and roof works.
