The property was suffering from extensive concrete spalling and deterioration. Remedial Building Solutions established suitable access via knuckle boom and scaffolding to address the concrete spalling concerns.
Due to the effective management and quality of work, the owner’s corporation further requested RBS carry out render rectification and paint the façade including balconies.
