Remedial Building Solutions had been requested to attend to the property and identify the previous water ingress issues and numerous defects in May 2015. The Consulting team pin pointed all defective areas and provided findings to the estimating team to provide a quotation to complete the rectification and upgrade works.
The works consisted of:

- Balcony refurbishment
- Door and window replacement
- Internal make good including but not limited to, sheeting, plastering and painting
