Remedial Building Solutions were contacted to assist in preparing a suitable scope for water ingress, structural and aesthetic repairs and were successfully appointed to complete internal & external refurbishment to the residential premises.
The works primarily consisted of:
- Brickwork rectification
- Concrete cancer repairs
- Underpinning and earth stabilisation and strengthening
- Drainage upgrade
- Demolition, waterproofing and re-tiling of 500 m2
- Plumbing upgarde & repairs
- Complete pool refurbishment
