Manly Hospital

NSW Health put out to tender rectification works to make good numerous items in accordance with a Costin roe report. The report encompassed major structural works throughout the hospital grounds.

The works were logistically challenging given that it’s the hospitals operations during the duration of works, however; efficient management, planning, forecasting allowed for minimal disruption to its operations.

The primary works consisted of brickwork & lintel repair and replacement, concrete spalling, general concrete strengthening, roofing, flashing, glazing, render repairs, crack stitching and waterproofing.

The woks were undertaken on budget with no variations and well under the estimated programmed time.
