Completion: 2008
Upon completion of construction to the large residential complex, Kell & Rigby engaged Remedial Building Solutions to assist in remediating various water leaks, render repairs, waterproofing, rising damp and additional defective items throughout the complex. RBS management set down suitable strategies to suit the clients need and actions applies to assist in resolving the matters over a 1.5 year period. As a result of the quality and services, Remedial Building Solutions went on to assist Kell & Rigby with numerous defective items across several projects until its unfortunate closure.
