Remedial Building Solutions were engaged by Amalgamated Holdings to locate a long standing water leak affecting aisles 4 and 5 as well as 2 water leaks to the curtain row of the main theatre. Remedial Building Solutions specialised Technicians and consultants commenced diagnostics and located the relevant water leaks within 1 day. Due to the quick locating tactics implemented by our diagnostics team locating the leaks, additional testing was requested and carried out to locate additional leaks to perimeter/façade, office spaces, roof cavities, stairwells and bar which were all located in a timely manner and a special purpose report compiled and provided to the client to rectify accordingly.
