This large complex was experiencing water entry to several units in wind driven rain. After several attempts at rectifying the issue unsuccessfully, Remedial Building Solutions were engaged to advise on a suitable repair method. Notwithstanding the obvious visual defects, we recommended carrying out testing to diagnose the source which confirmed our initial thought.
A suitable scope was proposed, access was arranged accordingly to the face of the structure to replace the defective cavity flashing. Testing was conducted upon completion to confirm the success of the repair.
